Its almost like they want to show how durable the business is while its being mis-managed.

They Tapped shareholders for 600 million a few years back, Im pretty sure that lowered debt levels.

But it just seems like its being manipulated to attract a buyer that can see some easy improvements they could do.

If it was brimming along like a well oiled machine, what could a take over company do to improve it.

They wouldve had to pay top price so it wouldnt have been viable to take over, shareholders wouldnt take a haircut on a well oiled company.

But they could be enticed to sell a leaky boat, all Im saying is that the Corporate Vultures have sneaky ways of getting their own way.

Umbers and Lew had the same Barber, makes you wonder what was planned in advance.

Over 3 billion in revenue and only 10 million per year in Interest costs on debt.

Fine; it doesn't bother me. I have no interest in the entity other than watching from the sideline.

Is this going to be a Number 10 special ?
