How else are you going to transfer wealth?
What they forgot to write is this: Sell so we can buy in cheaply for our clients. Hell even if we have to pay fines for fraud, it will be cheaper than the amount we make in fees. All those costs are factored in, and now with relaxed regulations, and a massive corporate tax break, it's profitable to take these risks.
