Now another thing to consider is many business financing deals include clauses based on codes of reputable conduct that insure the borrower must keep a reputable fully disclosed business in a way not to bring the lenders name into disrepute or to undermine the security value.
Given that FC have been dragged through the mud and that BIG are on the hook for multiple non disclosure and dubious financail reporting it is possible that FC will want to distance themselves from BIG and I think BIG have offered them plenty of cause to do so.
