Total Rebates claimed in respect of Ecopropp were $523k for 2014 and $308k for 2015 totalling $831k.
ATO came back and said they would pay $129k (per LWP release by DL on 14/8/2017, however DL says in the Directors Report it was reduced to zero so one of his team might have got this statement wrong.
Final amount to be received $252k.
Still waiting on the final decision in respect of the LWP claim for $857,061 in 2015 which was initially rejected completely.
Given that the company now plans to lodge R&D claims for FY2016 and FY2017 the major asset of the company is the R&D rebates.
On the one hand the Government via ASIC sees all the compliance matters arising and does little whilst the other hand, the ATO is handing the company cash.
