TLS hasnt dropped nearly enough, page-21

Ash the only reason i don't like wow is their hotel holdings and the potential for their pokies to become a political football.,i'll probably enter wes but imo there is no rush .
Fascinating the developments in energy,tls ,ccl etc r building their own power plants,read in my local news my shire council is thinking about building its own renewable power plant to provide electricity to all residents in the shire which is a lge shire whether renters or owners,power plant including storage would b 100% owned by ratepayers and power plant employees.
Forecast to produce 50% cut in electricity costs in 6 years ?.
If i hadn't read that tls etc find building such plants economically viable (because of australian energy policy) i would probably have my doubts,but where i live it makes sense because some areas r very populated but also plenty of undeveloped land.Also the cost would b much cheaper than installing an individual home solar/battery network.
So i could b turning green ,at least for my home electricity.
