I was thinking about this last night. They don't have to fully sell out of the LumiMEMS, they just need to JV up with deep pocket players to make it happen.

We have the IP, they have the resources, even at 30/70 to them, it will still be profitable.

I think the strategy review may include that as the top option, we basically let others develop what we've started without costing any money in further R&D. Though we just have to make sure our IP is bulletproof, or else someone could just steal the idea and run.
