It’s credible enough to acquire and ship the 2 autoclaves, purchase the residential assets for the mine builders, begin employing a good number of key staff, and attract a significant investment from Pengxin and a world recognised legend of mining.
As for Cobalt, I don’t think it should be thrown in with Lithium though they both benefit from positive sentiment for EVs.
Lithium is found in abundance, prices will come down significantly at some stage leaving only the most efficient miners to share the prize. Cobalt is ridiculously rare by comparison......... full stop.
