From the full register Holla could find the Top 50, which is what I always assumed he did.
"Inspection of a company's members' register is without charge for members." Holla is a member and should be provided a copy free of charge.
"Anyone has a right to inspect a copy of a company’s share register. As a member, you may inspect the register free of charge. "
