ANSWERS FROM QBL MANAGEMENT
@Smiley777
Q: When and if MCL lists, what will be the benefit to QBL? and what will be the benefit to me holding onto my QBL shares?
A: Any increased value in the shareholding QBL has in MCL will increase the value of QBL shares.
There are a number of ways that QBL shareholders may and will benefit. The focus of the board of QBL is to ensure that maximum value be given to QBL shareholders.
Q: I understand QBL holders will get the first bite of an IPO of MCL, but aside from that, what other benefits are there to holding onto my shares?
A: We, of course, cannot give investment advice, you may get that from a licensed investment advisor. But conceptually speaking, as MCL value rises with the development of the business, the QBL share price should logically rise together with that. In addition, the Board of QBL are and will be, constantly looking to find ways that QBL shareholders will be the primary beneficiaries from any possible corporate structuring in MCL. An additional possible option being considered is the possibility to enable QBL shareholders to have the option to swap their shares in QBL for a direct share in MCL. Any decisions to be made will be announced on the ASX company announcement forum, so keep an eye out for future announcements.

Q: hi neil! in regards to the $3 million for research, will QBL pay 55% and MCL 45%? any chance of government grant?
A: This investment is being made directly by MCRG, the wholly owned subsidiary of MCL, and QBL is not required to contribute. We are very excited about this strategic alliance with the leading cannabis researchers in the world and the benefits this could bring to patients worldwide, and ultimately to shareholders as well.

Q: Neil I have a question for management does QBL/MCL qualify for Government grants and if yes what type of grants would QBL/MCL be entitled too?
A: This is an area that the company management has been pursuing, it is likely that some grants may be available and these possibilities are being investigated currently.
