Gone onto the web to find Matalan and Smart Parking which resulted in many complains on Matalan for parking fine. Many issues I see from complains arises out of difficiencies in the software, wonder if Smart Parking have improved their software or systems, will similar problems result in more terminations of management contracts which is a significant source of their income? Trying to identify various risks before taking on a major stake. How do you all look at this issue?
