Actually if they held their nerve they may have borrowed more shares, used those to cover their first ones and are waiting for a drop now....
I don't care if shorters get burnt or not, but I do want to know what happened and who did what. Why, cause the vol of the 21/22 was very high, the speculation was shorters covering. We now know that out of the 26M sales on 21/2 9.7M were short covers, on 22/2 out of 34M 9M were shorts. Make of it what you will
