Tell me a market where the eventual number one player stops at 50% penetration and wins the day. These industries almost always consolidate with one dominant and a distant number two. Carsales will go for the jugular and is aiming for full penetration, at that stage they'll have more listing, they'll advertise aggressively and they will slowly eat away at LAA position. They'll look to do the same thing on financing and will compete for business on the 50% LAA has and get a free ride on the other 50%. You can't will in this market if you don't control the dealer that is the bread and butter. When you have a head start it shouldn't be squandered in my opinion.
