IMO all I can say is beware of risk statements. IMO It has more to do with saying the business is not insolvent and justifying actions to date not what people are implying on this forum IMO. It is a snapshot of a moment in time and that can change in a instant like when they re told of a outcome. It was probable that Hillary was going to win??
