Australian regulatory for medical drugs must be different from the usa and europe.
to be sold as a medical drug in usa you have to go through the fda to prove safety and efficacy and probably europe too hence the need to enter phase 2 on cannepil if they hope to distribute in europe and usa as a medical drug.
sounds like the shipment they made to varm was damaged. not sure i heard that somewhere.
that could be problematic.
also isolated cannabidiol is being seized at the usa border specifically port of san diego. multiple reports over the past few months.
