Whilst I don't believe COE SP movements would be changing just on the basis of technical analysis, something is definitately going on.
A lot of money is starting to build up on the buy side, from 89c upwards (this morning it wasn't getting anywhere near that), currently testing the 93c mark and beyond.
My guess is there's a good quality rumour going around, possibly someone thinks they can smell some oil or (huge amounts of) gas coming from the direction of Kurnia?!
