Dunno about all this rumour mill smoke and mirrors stuff ... but the technicals say that once PNA closes above the resistance level of $1.10 (preferrably an end of week close) ... then it will be up and running towards its all time high ($1.15) ... and then some more.
Looks pretty good from where I sit.
