I will only express my "sincere regret" at CHM going broke due to the MMX countersuit. NOT.
If institutions seriously thought they had a real chance of taking Jack Hills they would have bought CHM up to 60c. The fact it is languishing at 8c means intitutions believe the chance is less than about 12% and IMO much, Much less than that - institutions weren't even buying this at 5c and won't be buying it even back ar 2c.
