I have read this three times now and I cannot say if it’s good or bad. Did I all of a sudden forgot how to understand English. Clear MOU is invalid or govt wants it to be- so this reads as bad...govt want to move foreword and law and general fairness is on our side as we are starting to talk production so that’s great.
Overall looks good but I am feeling some sort of bias in my judgement.
