So basically they just need to keep on smashing ICO's and hope that every one that they associate with will grow in order for their assets (coins) to grow also?
And the consultancy is a supplemental revenue stream.
The type of money it would take to completely underwrite is not something that would be on the cards for a very long time I would think, but in saying that I don't know enough about all of that to really comment - dyor.
