"SAME" Seed (just "a" seed) which sheds the mortal body and puts on an immortal one, SAME person just as Jesus said He was.
He said he would be dead for 3 days and He (same one) will come alive.
So the old fleshly/human body, thinking etc needs or will be put off, done away with.
As the following verses point out, that same seed is transformed.
Body or same body is probably not the term that we (or I) should be referring to, but the same person.
