Gang Feng raising 1.5 billion in hk listing,Gang Feng doesn't want competition..they don't want NMT to take 12% production from Mt Marion 2020.Gang Feng doesn't want NMT to get to hydroxide production...HOW WOULD YOU STOP THIS...$190mill mc for NMT NOW, less $35mill cash= $155mill then HNR 38% shareholding approximate value now of around 14mill to NMT so around= $140mill-the battery recycling is promising- value not much now but within 2 years could be worth alot,IF HNR finds big lithium it would put spring in NMT step,HNR worth $40mill now NMT own 38%...lets say they find good lithium and HNR share price doubles to market cap around $100mill -- as seen when the HNR share price recently went to .035c NMT didnt increase ..GANG FENG is sitting in the box seat in my opinion and i would not be surprised if those funds weren't partly used to get NMT, so estimate of 35m cash,14m HNR =around$50mill someone would be actually only stumping up $140mill of own money and if HNR doubles/triples on good lithium you basically get 2 companies--but controlling stake in HNR extra 13% for say$250mill ,hope my dribble makes sense to someone or maybe someone more versed could contribute.my fear ie HNE gets to $100mill plus and NMT doesnt rise and GANG FENG cleans up for sweet fall gets all nmt hnr deposit -hopefully earl grey comparison for pitance
