Not usual but also not uncommon - the listing rules require full and complete disclosure, but there again I can't quote the rule (and I am not goin to f'in look it up)
One thing I can say with assurance is that if the disclosure is incomplete or ambiguous the company would be in breach - take the time to have a look at some others and we could put out a call to @nihilism who was the guy who put me onto 3Bs and who knows the ropes for sure.
