jesimore, don't forget to keep an eye on left field .. US economy (ie Fed keep dropping rates, US$ under pressure, inflation concerns?) and Australian economy (growing strongly, rates keep rising, wage inflation possible especially now unions in control - wages breakout - inflation breakout - interest rates 12%+ - recession!?)

If rates hit 10%+ expect a massive stockmarket selloff, all prices could halve - forget fundamentals. I've lived through "the recession we had to have" .. not nice at all.

I'm trying to keep 20% cash.
