Why Carbine Resources is in line for a market upgrade, page-15

Honestly do not understand all the in and outs of AISC - I believe the company were confident the demonstration plant and FEED result would not alter AISC as much as it has at this stage.
1/ Cyanide consumption?
2/ Pyrite returns?
3/ Etc.

I believed things generally were all good after speaking to a number of persons, just needed to get final approvals from QLD GOVT (still do) and than everything would fall into place.
You all know as much as me from the information we are given, Mt Morgan residents want it to happen, Gladstone Shire back project 100%, Carbine have hopefully worked through water problems with Qld Govt when final approvals are handed down.
NOTE, Qld Govt had until 22nd February to request additional information regarding approvals process? I will ask if additional information was requested and let you know
Spoke with local MP recently before he visited Mt Morgan and passed on CRB contact details enabling him to get a feel for the project before the visit, he was very great full and had a guided tour of mine while in Mt Morgan - since than he has been trying push things along for Carbine and Mt Morgan
I guess my knowledge is limited, but I continue to try and get to know where things are at.

APPROVALS - Yes
NORTON  ??  -   again I am not sure, are our agreements regarding title bullet proof

I am probably praying a little more these days, but still confident of a good outcome.
