When? How may chances? It’s not the first mine in a tropical location with low grades. Maybe the combination of low grades, ore type and environment make this mine not viable no matter who runs it. I now question why there has not been a takeover by another miner if the prospects are so good. I have worked in gold mines with low grade but they were in a dryer climate with massive orebody close to plant. Throughput & Recovery % was also higher. Someone with mine design may be able enlighten us more. Maybe the posters questioning the viability of this mine have these skills and warned us. Plenty of examples of SH being mined and the mine being the secondary game. Not against BDG, just want to sit back and see if this mine is viable before committing funds again.
