I had to fill in the prospectus twice because of some mistakes in the wording of the prospectus. Look at the last page on the prospectus. It say's in several places, min subscription 5000000 shares ( should have read 500000). This is an ASX listed company and needs local backing as well as overseas backing. It already had Chinese investors on board. This company does not seem to cross the T's and dot the eyes. If they had done it right the first time it would be on the market already but here we are having to wait another month. You can believe what what you like and are entitled to your opinion, I smell a rat and don't like what I see. I'll stick to my evaluation.
