Another AFR article, page-459

Still lots of unanswered questions -

- if revenue is recognised over a 12 months period tied in with the delay of producing videos after customers accept the finance package, how did they manage to recognise $14m in their accounts last year when $9.5m of the $21.5m receipts in their quarterlies was in the final quarter.
- if the whole business is a ponzi scheme, which is likely to blow up in the next few months, why was there director buying and no selling and management stating the there would be no director selling in the forceable future.
- investors have been misled by the company. We invested in the business based on cash flows, which are actually loans. What happens now to management? Will they go to jail? What will be the result of the class action, which is a certainty in my opinion? This will continue to be a media frenzy and has a long way to play out if it is as bad as the AFR have stated in their article.

The share market has been very good to me in the pas,t so I will take this as a learning experience and move on. Sorry to all the investors who have lost hard earned money at no fault of their own. If you can't rely on audited accounts with listed companies then what hope is there.
