I’m not interested in relationships between the Lion Bay group of companies
My question-why is Kalina remunerating Alwyn Davey so generously for working in a part time capacity as Company Secretary for KPO when (in my opinion) far more qualified and experienced Company Secretaries receive far less, despite those companies being orders of magnitude larger than Kalina?
What is it about Alwyn Davey (or this little $19m nano) that warrants or requires such huge salaries for staff? How is it justified? Does the company even attempt to justify it?
