I was thinking that despite the business model, etc - is the real ASX and ASIC issue here the accounting and disclosure practices employed.
I dont know that ASX and ASIC will make a call on the business model - more the accounting and disclosure.
BIG may be told to clean them up and then be allowed to proceed.
The question then would be how successful could the business be. The market would determine that.
Im not sure ASX and ASIC will be looking at the actual business model (unless it is totally fraudulent) but they will make a determination based on BIG cleaning up any indescretions in the accounting and disclossure areas.
Any thoughts on this.
