I'm going to go out on a limb and say the chance of them going into VA is zero. Just very very unlikely. MYR with a new CEO and new board should perform quite well. unfortunately Umbers was a very poor choice of CEO and hence why he's no longer there in quite dramatic fashion.
A 70 m profit could in my humble opinion of running a number of businesses could quite easily become 100-200m with the right strategy and particularly because they have something like 1.2b of operating profit to work with. ..
