Perhaps speak to the company and get a feeling of the guys dining the show. Not that NTA has come back to earth the cash flows form a bigger part of the investment thesis and they seem to be consumed by corporate expenses and various forays year in year out . Not saying not to buy but the guys running the show don’t show minor shareholders much respect, even if they are in top 10.
