It troubles me that the small investor could be dudded here if there is an active takeover/conversion to a private company. In the light of the SP and the massive buy early on Friday, how likely do posters think that this in play right now?
Most of us drew confidence and solidarity with RWL as Mr Lauder was prepared to back this amalgamation. Is it going to bite us all on the bum with heavy losses should this occur at a much lower price?
