What part of the product offering is poor? If you are referring to the app all of us current holders are aware so you ain't telling us something we don't know.

How many people know about the services offered by BIG? Not many as the company is relevantly new and hence not many people would be aware, hence the reason why the US market is so important.

If you like the idea in investing in the potential of digging stuff out of the ground by all means you do that but you won't find a holder across in those threads downramping in that forum. This just goes to show the quality and integrity of those posters and imho these posters have none!
