@Davisite ,have you read the 4C?

You're a smart person, and you can surely keep a more level head on BIG than re-iterating that it will never trade again. It probably will.

There are no accounting rules or laws broken in the 4C. Why don't you read it to start off with. Is the 4C unclear and can be interpreted in ways that don't reflect the true picture of BIG's business? Yes, for sure. This does not mean BIG has broken any laws and will be delisted or any other rubbish.

There's nothing wrong with BIG's business model. Steinberg has bought into this. Zita has bought into this. I think both can be seen as business savvy institutions. The only issue was that BIG never disclosed this properly and for this the ASX and ASIC should give BIG a fine and possibly punish director's personally.

The other point I see is that BIG has given their mates lots of shares for free or cheaply, being in the money. Is this ethical? Probably not, it's really disgusting and shows the ugly face of corporate Australia. It happens in every company on the ASX (or too many at least). If it's not shares it will be other benefits, simply if you are in the circle of mates you'll be looked after. BIG hasn't been disclosing things properly in 3B, and should be fined.

Besides disclosure issues and unethical issues, I have not seen anything that is illegal from BIG's conduct. ASX and ASIC can not delisted this or stop it from trading based on this. What exactly are you referring to when you make your claim on never trading again?
