SGH were valued at $1.1 by the company paid by the new lenders/owners. So effectively acting in the interest of the new owners.
It now comes out that that this valuation is based on assets (half year report) and not future earnings. That is certainly not the correct way to value a going company!!
The new owners have now twice tried to tell us the market valuation of SGH is too high (pre half year report and half year report). Why are they doing this? As the new owners they should be happy with a higher share price.
