So the acquisition of Tipsly was done with the issue of share and cash - the shares issued at 60c even though the big stock was trading at mid 3 dolars
What is the bet with time we discover some connection between Tisply previous owners and BiG . Btw - where is the USD revenue ( non 12 m USD minimum ? ) Should show up in this quarter to the tune of at least 3 m USD correct
