I have not commented on what they have and have not done from a legal and disclosure perspective as I still don't have to full story from BIG and ASX/ASIC determination of what they have done from a law perspective and I will not take on anyones view until I see the outcome.

I was purely taking about a business that offers finance to customers as a good thing to allow growth. Anyone who says generally this is not a good idea should not invest in any company that sells a product! Or for any business who takes business loans to further their business. Which would be quite limiting!

Also don't forget that the Australian government and its agencies want to see Australian businesses to succeed rather than fail, so they will opt to allow business to take corrective action rather than closing them down. In they end they see the big picture of a better Austriaalin economy and also limit SH damage while also not clogging up the legal system.

Can BIG take corrective action and be allowed to take action on what has factually occurred. Yes they can. They will loose some shareholders due to people's risk levels being exceeded but yes the factual issues are fixable.
