Ann, out confirming another Senior appointment which adds great experience to the team, however also adds Overhead and outgoing cash flow.
This along with other appointments in Mondays announcement will push payroll up significantly, and YES to all those who will say , How else can you run a business, I do know that, however more must come in than goes out.
This then must lead into stories and announcements about how this is going to provide ROI
