    you don't need to convince me...convince the potential buyers
    as for DSH the goods weren't tangible...it was all last seasons stock unsellable at discount...hence why no-one picked up the business and in any event before liquidation DSH couldn't even sell at heavy discount...why did they go bankrupt? They had millions of AA batteries ffs.
