The issue that I have is using the word "shortly". It leaves the door open to deliberate trading on the volatility (or the suggestion of it) by those who may have a better idea of the announcement timing.
I don't have a problem with the timing of the announcement being delayed by logistical or commissioning issues. "Shortly" (or and words that create a vague expectation) should be avoided would be my advice to the company.
Also, a state public holiday should not be a reason to delay an announcement for an ASX listed internationally trading company.
Apart from that I remain patient and confident.
