She may not want to present the FY financials, could have been looked over for the CEO position - if it was coming up, might not like how MOC is being run, better job offer from elsewhere for whatever reasons.

Can only read the tea-leaves, but there are interesting times in franchisee land. I would never want to work for RFG or Caltex if I felt they were treating franchisees badly, but there is no evidence as to how the franchisees are feeling at MOC that I am aware of, but the squeeze appears to be happening IMO. So I add it to my list of red flags.
