Options are a part of the remuneration package and should be assessed as such. Their value now is irrelevant, their value at the time they were awarded is what matters as that’s when their value was calculated for the purpose of Alwyns remuneration
Alwyn is remunerated modestly? I challenge you to find a company secretary anywhere on the ASX of a similarly sized company that earns anywhere near as much. Make sure you include options though. Those things are not monopoly money
