Doesn't mean it can't change though and anything over the number 3 u need to worry .

I don't know what u mean about swimming up a stream as I'm thinking a few yank indices need to close inline or green for the year oF 2007 like RUT etc .

Although we've talked about it I'm now hearing it form lots of others as well which makes it more significant me thinks .
