I endorse what you have stated about him as to his character.
As an exploring geologist, he has a pretty good track record - Jubilee and Talisman. As regards TLM, it was his initial exploration at Doolgunna that paved the way for the Monty find by Sandfire. Without his identification of Monty (TLM named it) as a potential vms cu/au deposit and subsequent oh-so-close drilling, SFR may not have found it. He also worked for RNI/AUR in identifying some vms targets at its tenement at Doolgunna which has just been farmed-out to SFR, so maybe SFR could one day have him to thank if and when it hits another deposit there.
