I think that PRL management are well educated and experienced in oil exploration. They have been successful previously. Even though things have not gone to plan so far I think that they will make best effort to make the project a success. I think that a partner may well be found which means that the share offer will be a success and the wells will be drilled. The next month will be very interesting!
