I generally follow PS advice but in regards to PCL I think he's made a mistake. On one of his audio feedback sessions, he adviced some guy to sell PCL and buy CVN ... now that might have been great advice 6 months ago, but now!??
As you say, PCL seems to have little downside, has cash, but nothing happening .. ATM! while CVN could go up or down .. (has it already had it's run?? Very in the news ATM). I think the downside risk to CVN ATM is higher than it's upside .. I don't trust military governments .. too nationalistic.
