thats correct, FINALLY some people are realising that.......
so, then ask yourself why will an existing CNCA plant sell a slot to BUB, if they think BUB will just build their own plant.
anyone wanting a brand slot is being charged millions of $ for each slot. B&P was bought on a valuation of $100m just for 3 slots; camperdown was bought for about $35m for 3 slots, Australian Dairy Park was sold for between 30-40m for 3 slots........
So how much will BUBs have to pay? thats one of the $64m questions (an no, they wont pay $64m)
Also, Remember the CFDA registrations are NOT easily transferable....they are "owned" by the CNCA factory, NOT the brand.......the "ownership" of the CFDA is by contract with the CNCA factory.
