I wonder if there's any correlation between the ability to sell the shares already issued at or around 40 cents, and the ability of the committed investors to pay for the shares.
That is to say, is the sale of shares on market at or around 40 cents being used to fund the purchase the remaining placement shares?
Might explain why it's taking so long.
Still plenty of money to raise if that's the case.
