Mitsubishi had a profit range of 10 to 15% on the cars sold, then paul Keating took the car tarrifs off hence there goes mitsubishi profit and closed shop. My dad lost his job, next door neighbor lost his job and many many others. The local area down south adelaide went into full blown recession, not a good time to live thru when ur parents cant get any work.
