According to FY17 AR Arwyn Davey received a base salary of $180,000, super of $29,000 and share payments of $163,084. This totals to $372,184 (p.13). It’s an extremely generous package imo no matter how you spin it
These share based payments were not made on the basis of Alwyn achieving any STI benchmarks (p.12) they was just part of his remuneration package that year. His options aren’t time vested either, so he can cash them out at his discretion.
In total Alwyn received 1,210,955 options in FY17 (p.14), suggesting they were valued at 7c (not 5c) per option.
